Our Commitment to Quality
Each toy we offer is carefully produced with attention to detail, safety, and durability. We operate as a certified small-batch manufacturer, meeting all U.S. toy safety standards. From design to doorstep, every Drawn2Play piece is made to be as vibrant and resilient as the ideas they inspire.
Production & Shipping
Once your order is placed, it will enter design and production the following business day. It can take up to 5 days to produce then ship your toy.
We currently ship only within the United States, using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs a flat rate of $6 on orders up to $44.99, and is free on orders $45+.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number. You can expect delivery in 5-8 business days as per USPS claims. However, we find that the majority of our orders are produced and shipped much quicker, and we take pride in surprising and delighting our customers.
Please keep in mind that because Drawn2Play Toys custom produces every single toy made-to-order, your order may take up to this entire window of time to arrive at your doorstep during peak seasons.
Return Policy
Every Drawn2Play toy is handmade and customized to order. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept traditional returns or refunds.
That said, your happiness matters to us.
If anything about your order isn’t right — if something arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you expected — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with you to make it right.

Drawn2Play Toys are crafted from high-quality, eco-friendly PLA plastic made from renewable plant materials. They are non-toxic, custom manufactured in small batches, and designed for ages 3 and up.
We are a certified Small Batch Manufacturer with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), and our toys are made to meet applicable U.S. toy safety standards, including ASTM F963. Because each toy is made individually, slight variations may occur and are part of what makes your toy unique. Drawn2Play Toys are handmade in the USA with modern tools, made-per-order and assembled by hand.
Our toys are made from 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic PLA plastic derived from renewable organic resources. Each toy is designed to withstand the rigors of everyday play, including moderate drops and playful handling by children.
✨To keep your toy looking great:
Hand wash only using mild soap and warm water
Do not use a dishwasher or submerge in boiling water
Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, such as leaving in a hot car or direct sunlight for extended periods
